An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, passionate and customer driven individual to join our team as a Driveway Attendant and we are seeking a proactive individual to join our fast-paced Service Department.
This role has the ultimate aim to strive and meet all our customers' needs in a personalised, professional and welcoming manner.
The Role
You will be responsible for the following:
Meet and greet customers at the Service Department
Management of vehicle loan agreements matched to customer profile
Management of customer car parking
Ensure driveway is clear of congestion
Collection of customer vehicles & drop off/ pick up at nearby station daily.
Build and maintain customer relationships upon welcome and departure
Assisting Service Advisors in various tasks
About You
Professional presentation and approach to tasks
Geographical knowledge of surrounding areas would be desirable
