• Experienced Appliance Diagnostic & Repair Experience
• Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanics will need to have their TRA and OTSR accreditation, plus on arrival will need to complete designated Gap Training.
About the role
The role will carry out quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.
Range of domestic appliances are: Washing Machines, Dryers, Ovens, Cooktops, Rangehoods, Dishwashers & Fridges.
Air Conditioning: Ducted systems, Split systems, Cassette systems and Commercial HVAC.

Resolve Technical issues in a fast and professional manner
Diagnosis and problem solving technical issues
Complete forms, service reports for repairs
Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory
Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
Cash collection
1 + years appliance repair and troubleshooting experience
Current WA manual drivers license
Personal Attributes:

Strong written and verbal skills
good personal presentation is essential!
