Our Client Bill Papadimitriou (Latrobe Golf Club Ltd) , is a friendly café on 8 Farm Rd, Alphington focused on quality produce and offer a seasonal breakfast, brunch and lunch menu. They are currently in search of an experienced and qualified chef for a full-time position to join the team and provide exceptional meals to the customers.
Location – Alphington , Victoria
Salary – $70,000 to $100,000 per annum plus Superannuation

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced, professional and trade-qualified Chef to join our Bill Papadimitriou (Latrobe Golf Club Ltd), Alphington , VIC on a Full-Time basis.You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, delivery, and service of samosas,tandoori dishes and classic curries. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience developing positive relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and people from different backgrounds.
Other tasks may include:
1. Assist in the development of a cleaning schedule.
2. Maintain and manage stock levels.
3. Unput to the food safety program.
4. Ensure all pasteries and breads produced are of a good visual and nutritional standard.
5. Control and monitor wastage levels – adjusting protocol as required.

6. Have worked with specialised diets, including supplements and texture modified foods (NDDSI)
7. Have knowledge and experience in OHS compliance within a food services setting
8. Have full Australian working rights
