Job Description
As the System Engineer you will be responsible for:
Develop and execute detailed plans for the deployment of Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive for Business, to meet organisational requirements.
Manage the migration of existing data and applications to the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring data integrity and security.
Integrate Microsoft 365 with existing IT infrastructure and third-party applications as needed.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are comfortable with the new tools and technologies.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 deployment and usage.
Ensure the deployment adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, configurations, and support procedures.
