The City Manager does not perform day to day operational tasks such as unload, pick, pack, sort, dispatch etc. However, they will be having a helicopter view of the operations on a daily basis to ensure that the daily plans are achieved. The day to day operations is managed by the City Manager through visual inspection of the operations as well as through the Amazon systems in the computer/laptop.
