The Role One of our esteemed clients is seeking an experienced EA, who at the peak of their career is looking to to join a fast paced environment, in an ever growing business, going from strength to strength in their sector. This Australian owned business, with a continuing focus on driving culture and inclusivity, are seeking an EA to support their recently appointed CEO. Responsibilities Will include, but are not limited to:
Provide high level administrative support to the CEO.
Extensive diary management.
Travel booking.
Confidently managing your executives schedule with a high level of efficiency, ensuring your executives time is managed to the best your ability.
Build strong and trusted stakeholder relationships.
Assist with board preparation including collation of documents.
Expense management.
Run with adhoc projects when required.
