About the role:
Manage office operations, not limited to but including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars and taking inbound phone calls
Complete accounts payable/receivable and invoicing processes
First point of contact at reception for drivers and visitors and liaising with the warehouse and other departments on their arrival
Ensuring driver inductions and other tasks are completed for compliance
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients via email and phone when following up on customer orders and related queries
Assisting with tracking order processing and shipment, as well as updating spreadsheets of inventory levels and communicating stock shortages to the Logistics Manager
