Job Description
Business Development & Sales Strategy Execution:
Drive membership growth within the non-for-profit sector by strategically identifying potential members.
Leverage the strong foundation of existing relationships and develop new partnerships with aged care facilities and other non-for-profits.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the benefits and savings of membership.
Member Engagement & Relationship Management:
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing members, ensuring their needs are met and they are gaining maximum benefits from their memberships.
Work closely with members to understand their purchasing needs and align them with the services offered by CCI.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends within the non-for-profit sector, particularly in aged care, to effectively adjust sales strategies.
Keep abreast of competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
