Salesforce Functional Architect
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. The role involves business process mapping and re-engineering for B2C and B2B service processes and facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
