Play a leading role in advancing Toll's global management of the some 2000 plus owned & rental fleet of MHE

The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MHE Coordinator to join our team and ensure the efficient management and utilisation of our fleet of MHE, reporting directly to the Global MHE Manager. This role could be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Queensland. As the MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Co-ordinator at Toll, you will play a leading role in advancing Toll's global management of the some 2000 plus owned & rental fleet of MHE & the monitoring of all assets to ensure industry best practice. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with all local BUs to develop and execute a best practice strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
Bring together & maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all MHE assets, including maintaining all service records to align with Toll's own systems
Generate regular utilisation reports to track the performance and efficiency of the MHE fleet across different regions and departments
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Toll's business partners & MHE providers
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule routine servicing and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and reliability of equipment
Act as a liaison between the company and MHE suppliers to resolve any issues related to equipment performance, maintenance, or billing discrepancies
Monitor service contract KPIs and warranty agreements to ensure compliance and maximize cost-effectiveness & reduce non contract spend
Assist with Investigations of incidents and/or equipment damage or loss and help with implementation measures to prevent recurrence
Working with current strategies to optimize MHE utilization, including fleet size adjustments and equipment rotation plans

Qualifications-

Previous experience in a related industry would be a bonus, with a preference for a background in forklifts or other capital equipment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, for data analysis and reporting
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
Willingness to travel occasionally to various company sites as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Excellent communication and the ability to get the best outcomes for Toll
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence change at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
Previous experience in MHE is a plus
