As the Spare Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the spare parts team, coaching and leading the team with the daily duties listed below: Main Responsibilities:
Receive enquiries through phone calls and emails for quotations on spare parts.
Identify the cost and provide a Quotation on those parts to the internal/external customer.
Ensure Replenishment of parts through MYOB Advanced.
Produce Purchase Orders with our Suppliers at the accurate cost.
Maintain continuous communication with suppliers of equipment/spares to ensure that delivery progress is measured, and dates are met.
Inform customers/key-stakeholders of ETA of orders and identify and resolve delay issues.
Investigate on any orders in progress, inform the customer and keep a record of updates.
Work closely with the Spare Parts team and Store team, and maintain communications on all activities.
