As a partner with some of the largest Defence projects in Australia, we have a role available for a Senior Systems Engineer to be based in the ACT. This is a key leadership position on the team for a number of projects.
The Role:
Elicit/refine systems engineering document requirements
Act as the SME in Systems Engineering
Employ ADSDEFCON Systems Engineering Principals
Will be required to lead a team of different engineering disciplines
Enforce design, system and specifications as required
Plan, document and execute Verification and Validation activities
Identify project and product risks and escalate using defined processes
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
Mentor
Experience Required:
Tertiary qualifications in Systems or Software Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in complex engineering programs
An understanding of Software-based Systems
