We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin Assistant for a 17,000 square foot warehouse. K ey Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the warehouse manager and liaise effectively with the retail stores.
Manage incoming calls, handle queries efficiently, and maintain accurate filing systems.
Coordinate and plan pickups and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a well-organised and efficient warehouse environment.

Requirements:

Sound administrative experience, with proficiency in typing and computer skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and
