With an impressive pipeline of upcoming work, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Finishes Foreperson with experience across class 2 apartment projects to join a company with a bright future. You?ll initially be working on a whopping $150M project comprising almost 400 apartments in Mount Druitt, with an impressive pipeline of similar projects to back it up.
The Role
As a Finishes Foreperson, you?ll be responsible for spearheading the internal fit-out of all apartments across one of three 12-storey towers. A day in the role could look like:
Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
Ensuring that WHS and quality standards are adhered to on-site.
