L1/2 Support Engineer
* Up to $80 plus super
* Sydney location - remote working
* Travel to sites a few times a month - Sydney CBD
TheDriveGroup are partnering with a well-known technology provider that are looking for an exceptional IT support engineer to grow out their Eastern presence.
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to be the first person in the state and looking to help assist and grow a team around them!
About you:
- 2 years experience within Level 1/2 support
- MSP experience (MUST have)
- Experience in the following tech stack
Microsoft OS
Office 365
ConnectWise
Azure AD
DNS/DHCP
Switches, Routers & Firewalls
Nice to have the following certifications:
- ITIL Foundation Cert
- MD-102 Endpoint Administration
