Collar Group is searching for passionate Personal Care Workers (PCW/PCA) or Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to work in Residential Aged Care facilities around Launceston Area.
We have morning, afternoon, and night shifts available across a seven-day roster, which means you?ll always have access to shift penalties. Competitive hourly rate!
What will you be doing?
Assisting residents with all aspects of daily living including personal care, grooming, bathing, feeding, and supporting emotional needs.
Assisting nursing staffs with caring for the residents & implementing the care plan.
Providing holistic care.
What do you need to have?
Caring attitude towards the elderly
Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
COVID Vaccination (including booster)
Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these.
Current first Aid and CPR
Current Manual Handling Certificate
