Your Role
As a Grounds and Maintenance Officer, your role is responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and maintenance requirements of this beautiful heritage listed Retirement Village comprised of 65 independent living units.
Your key responsibilities include:
Upkeep of Grounds
The bulk of the role will be to perform all gardening duties e.g. mowing, edging, hedging, leaf blowing, planting and lawn management.
Maintain the cleanliness of village exterior e.g. stairwells, pathways, decking, and building surrounds in a neat, tidy and presentable condition.
Maintain the garden equipment and supplies arranging replacement/repair when necessary.
