Hours of operation are between 8:30 am to 7:00 pm on Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on Friday. You will need to have full availability to work a rotating roster between these hours of operation.
Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting customers with general account enquiries related to car loans, refinancing car loans, insurance and roadside assistance policy sales, as well as early collections. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, aiming for first-point resolution and exceeding customer expectations.
Deliver exceptional customer service by answering general enquiries during the first call via telephone and email.
Ensure accurate input of promise-to-pay and payment arrangements, aligning with customers' financial needs through negotiation.
Skilfully negotiate payment arrangements to meet customers' financial requirements.
Collect failed payments and verify the correctness of established payment arrangements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate:
Strong active listening, problem-solving and rapport-building skills
Ability to understand and meet customer needs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial products in a simple manner
Experience working in a call centre environment is an advantage
Ability to work across multiple technology platforms, monitors and multi-skill whilst on calls
