About the role:
As a Team Leader, you will be leading a team of Customer Service Consultants working in a contact centre environment who are handling inbound calls from elderly customers regarding general enquiries. You will be responsible for:
Engaging, coaching, mentoring and developing customer service consultants
Handling escalated customer complaint calls
Monitor and actively manage performance and behaviours, providing ongoing training and support
