As a key member of the ServicePlus team, you'll provide excellent customer service to our members on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will be upskilled in claims as a secondary duty to support the wider Hostplus Service team. Youll report in to both the ServicePlus & Claims Manager, actively contributing to both functions.
