Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Serviceman' for our client based in the Ipswich region. No trade Qualification is required for this position, but relevant experience is a must! The casual pay rate for this role starts at $41.14, with consistent and ongoing Monday to Friday-work available. Duties include:
Perform servicing and maintenance works on excavators, dozers, dump trucks, pumps, and lights with minimal supervision.
Regularly communicate with the maintenance manager regarding timelines for repairs and services.
Operate the service truck- utilize hose reels for fuel, water, and oils.
Inspect equipment and machinery and check all critical points
Record daily fuel, grease, and oil intakes.
Identify possible changes that will improve the maintenance function and report to the supervisor. To be considered for this role:
Experience in machinery maintenance or a similar field.
Proficiency in conducting routine checks and basic repairs.
Ability to work as a part of a team, and independently.
