In this varied role, you will be joining a collaborative team where you will work closely with an assigned HR Business Partner and support in delivering high-quality HR services across the organisation, focusing on performance management, employee relations, HR policy advice and projects.

Main responsibilities;
Work closely with your assigned HR Business Partner to provide high quality HR advice across your business units
Work closely with the businesses leaders to ensure employee engagement and positive employee communications
Provide market insights into employee benefit offerings to ensure the business remains competitive in the marketplace
Partner with the broader P&C team to roll out a number of people focussed initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a seasoned HR professional with experience in ER and Performance Management. You will need to have a collaborative attitude and be happy to roll up your sleeves to support your team and stakeholders.
