Their team of construction professionals have an incredible amount of experience under their belt, many have been with the company since it's early days. They are an award-winning company and have been professionally developing apprentices and Cadets through successful leaders and Project Managers. They are looking for a second-or third-year Building & Construction Management student to join their team part-time or full-time (allowing flexibility for study commitments).
Your new role
Work on varied commercial and/or residential projects
Assist in pricing, tendering
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
Support with budget management and reporting
Assist managing contracts and variations
Support with OHS responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
Recently completed or currently studying Bachelor in Building & Construction Management
Strong attention to detail and computer-based skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and
Exposure to building software is preferable but not essential.
