The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a trade qualified Leading Hand to join the Workshop team based in our Somerton branch. This role will see you lead a highly skilled workshop crew performing assembly, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of construction equipment.
Reporting to the Branch Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team Workshop Technicians to meet, deliver and exceed service expectations
Driving efficiency within the team to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring employees comply with all WHS responsibilities and that a safety first culture is a consistent behaviour within the department
Liaising with technical support staff and coordinate diagnostic, maintenance and repair work
Maintaining work schedules to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and resources
