About the Role
Coronado Global Resources are seeking a Production Offier to support the Mining Supervisor at our Curragh mine site. In this role, you will monitor operating techniques and productivity, team member development, performance management and leave management for the shift as well as ensuring that your team are aware of their obligations and the required standards to allow the operation to be safe, productive and compliant. This key role will see you:
Supporting the Mining Supervisor with effective leadership and coaching of crews to ensure that the Production Plans are implemented and monitored in accordance with Curragh mine policy and procedures
Offer advice and guidance to the Mining Supervisor on achieving production targets
Ensure a safe and healthy working environment through compliance to the SHMS and other relevant requirements
Oversee and ensure the operation's impact on the environment is managed in accordance
