Your new company Based in the Southern End of the Gold Coast, this leading organisation is seeking a full-time bookkeeper to join their close-knit team. They are at the top of their field in the Accounting and Financial Service Industry here on the Gold Coast established for over 20 years. Your new role You will report to the Financial Controller and your duties will be; Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll and superannuation payment, BAS and IAS Preparation, reconciliation of credit card statements and bank accounts, and ad hoc tasks as directed. The main duties include:
Preparing IAS and BAS
Reconciliation of credit card statements, bank accounts and inter-entity loans
Support and assisting client needs
Processing of payroll and superannuation payments
Super Guarantee Lodgements
What you'll need to succeed You will have previous demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper who has been very hands-on in their approach. Your impeccable communication skills, coupled with a high level of attention to detail and time management skills will see you succeed in this role. Other skills and qualities include:
A Certificate 4 of Bookkeeping/Accounting
Experience in MYOB and Xero is desirable
Vibrant personality
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
