We are in search of a dedicated Librarian Teacher to contribute to the academic enrichment of our Catholic school community in Toorak. This role involves curating a vibrant library atmosphere conducive to learning and exploration, promoting a love for literature, research, and information literacy among students. The Librarian Teacher will manage library resources, assist students and faculty in locating materials, and provide guidance on research methodologies and citation techniques. Additionally, they will collaborate with educators to integrate library resources into the curriculum, organize literary events, and oversee extracurricular reading programs. Upholding the values and principles of Catholic education, the Librarian Teacher will also infuse faith-based perspectives into library programming and collections.
