Your new role
In this role, you will provide support to all arms of the business as well as the managers. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, and have strong attention to detail.
Additionally, you will:
Provide high level diary management across time zones
Book travel and accommodation
Book meetings
Minute taking
Arranging catering and events
Be the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders
High level email management
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have:
Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, or a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
