RCR Mining Technologies has a rewarding career opportunity for a Siteworks Manager based at our Welshpool Heat Treatment facility.
In this senior leadership position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Siteworks Heat Treatment ensuring the delivery of services while upholding safety, quality, and financial performance standards. This varied role covers client interaction for the pricing and scheduling of incoming work, ensuring equipment meets compliance standards, and that team members are sufficiently skilled to meet both on-site customer requirements and Heat Treatment workshop standards.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
A Diploma or Certificate IV in Management
A minimum 10 years experience in the Heat Treatment of ferrous and non-ferrous materials using mobile Heat Treatment equipment (Combustion & Electrical)
