We are seeking an Ongoing Full-time After-Hours Support Worker based in Lismore NSW
Position Purpose
This position is situated within the MacKillop National After Hours Services Unit which is responsible for providing high quality residential care that supports the emotional, social and behavioral care needs of vulnerable young people.
The After Hours Support Worker is a member of the MacKillop National After Hours Services Unit and reports to the After Hours Support Worker Coordinator.
Primary objectives
Support staff in providing best practise care that meets the day-to-day needs of young people whilst delivering high quality outcomes for all young people and their families.
Participate in team meetings with the National After Hours Support Worker Team and other forums as required.
