Our Role
Reporting to the VP Operations, Asia Pacific, and belonging to our global Senior Management Team, the Director Of Operations leads our plant and quarry network across our Northern Region of Asia Pacific. The role is key to realising Graymonts business improvement and growth projects and is responsible for shaping and cascading the Regions vision, advocating and role modelling the One Graymont culture, and fostering collaborative relationships with functional partners and experts, to drive the companys growth. This is great opportunity to leverage both technical and interpersonal skills, along with business and leadership acumen, to drive ongoing safety, cultural and operational improvements.
