An exciting opportunity for a full-time Research Operations Coordinator to join our Group Audience Insights team.
The Group Audience Insights team is responsible for delivering a world-class audience insights capability, to generate actionable insights that drive growth for Nine’s subscriptions and ad-supported products and experiences. The team includes qualitative and quantitative researchers and manages the audience insights infrastructure and tooling for all of Nine’s insights teams.
Day to day, you will report into the Research Operations Manager and will;
Take ownership of key quantitative research operational tasks and support our end-to-end quantitative research projects.
Support on technical research tasks including survey scripting, fieldwork management, data processing, basic dashboard development and data visualisation, updates and maintenance and quality control procedures.
Assist in managing and conducting our survey data collection using our audience panels ensuring high levels of engagement and a positive experience for panellists.
Contribute to managing and innovating Nine’s research community, Idea Xchange
Manage admin on Nine’s Insights platform, Nine Knows.
Support the teams' in-house qualitative research projects.
Collaboration and stakeholder relationships.
