Atom Resources are currently seeking multiple mechanical fitters for a multimillion dollar infrastructure project. Successful candidates will be tasked with the commissioning stage of the West Camden Water Recycling Plant with ongoing work until early November.
Duties/Responsibilities
Conduct various mechanical works on manufactured parts and sub assemblies.
Maintenance and installation of structural/mechanical piping.
Fault finding and Preventive maintenance.
Assembly of spooling and mechanical instruments and valves to regulation standards.
Safety and quality assurance checks to ensure all equipment and completed works meet industry standards.
Requirements
Previous infrastructure experience is essential.
Relevant Mechanical trade qualifications.
Working at Heights, Confined Space & Elevated Work Platform certificates (Highly Advantageous).
Fault finding skills
Strong communication skills.
Willing to commit to the duration of the project.
Health and Safety conscious.
