We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive sales, enhance brand image, and build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
• Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximise the organisation's sales and foster customer loyalty.
• Set clear and achievable sales targets, monitoring and adjusting strategies as needed.
2. Marketing Strategy Development:
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to promote the organisation's goods and services to a wide audience.
• Utilise various marketing channels to optimise reach and impact.
3. Brand Image and Loyalty:
• Develop and implement strategies to create and reinforce the organisation's 'brand image' and 'brand loyalty.'
• Drive initiatives that contribute to increased consumption of goods and services.
4. Image and Reputation Management:
• Direct the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain the organisation's image and reputation.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, investors, and the wider public.
5. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to achieve departmental and organisational goals.
6. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitors.
7. Campaign Management:
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
8. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
9. Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct analysis to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications: Suitable Certification or relevant experience.
Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar environment.
Skills:
