Paramount Liquor is searching for an Information and Business Analyst (IBA) to join our high performing Project’s team based in Derrimut, Victoria. The IBA will work with the business to understand the business needs, building innovative technological solutions through the company’s software and program capabilities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with ERP, CRM & WMS users to ensure the programs align and contribute to the achievement of the organisation’s business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Report and analyse specific initiatives throughout the business to determine their success
• Provide quality assurance on master and imported data
• Support and lead initiatives for data integrity and normalisation
• Evaluating changes and updates to the ERP and understand the impact to current and future reporting
• Work with internal business stakeholders to provide relevant data points with respect of business system development & advancement i.e., website report requests, CRM data points etc
• Create and maintain departmental dashboards through the companies ERP
• Establish a workflow and process for reporting requests from the business
o Set up a priority grid for these requests
• Analyse report requests and establish the need (dashboard or adhoc)
• Build new ERP reports using clear business requirements to help the business monitor progress and make better-informed decisions
• Interpret and problem solve existing reports to provide consistent findings
• Make changes to existing reports and update dashboards to reflect updated reports
• Manage the report library to avoid conflicts, duplications and inconsistent reports.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (at least 5 years of relevant experience substitutes for the formal qualification).
3+ years previous experience as an Information, business and/or Organisation Analyst or similar position
Experience with SQL
Previously used Tableau, Power BI or similar
Data warehousing, integrity and normalisation (all data related)
Experience gathering and/or interpreting Business Requirements
