About the Role
As a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Blanc Spa, you will:
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with our business objectives, target audience, and budget.
• Manage Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance Blanc Spa’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image and voice across all channels.
• Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create Engaging Content: Develop innovative and engaging content for website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct Market Research: Perform thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Manage Budgets: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
• Plan and Coordinate Events: Organize and execute marketing events, including spa promotions, product launches, workshops, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
• Develop Customer Relationships: Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, referral incentives, and personalized marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the luxury spa and wellness, or high-end retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, Meta Business Tools, Google Analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
