At Milestone, we make the Australian dream a reality for our clients with professional and affordable migration services. Our business has been growing over the past several years and we are looking for additional support for our Senior Migration Agent.
Reporting to the Senior Migration Agent, you will be responsible for:
Managing personal and business mailboxes to triage, categorise, and provide overall management of daily communications of the Senior Migration Agent.
Drafting emails, letters and contracts on behalf of the Senior Migration Agent to send out to clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
Calendar management of business and personal appointments; ensuring that booked appointments are attended to.
Travel management including research, booking, and reservation for the Senior Migration Agent when meeting clients and suppliers
First line of triage for staff seeking appointments from the Senior Migration Agent.
Screening of incoming calls and preparing call lists.
Collating, preparing, and disseminating reports on behalf of the Senior Migration Agent.
Dealing with business matters on the Senior Migration Agent’s behalf including screening suppliers, and scheduling of staff catch-ups and meetings as instructed by the Managing Director.
Attend client and supplier meetings in person and via Teams with the Senior Migration Agent
Responsible for consultation note-taking for company records.
Complete and prepare research as required by the Senior Migration Agent
This role will be challenging and demanding. We are a multi-lingual business and only individuals who understand the pressures of supporting a Senior Executive with a demanding workload should apply
You will need to:
Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in providing support to business owners or managers in the capacity of an executive or virtual assistant
Be able to speak English, Tagalog and Visayan fluently
Be able to write English to a professional standard
Be willing to undertake business travel across Australia and the Philippines at short notice
Have extensive experience in the Microsoft suite of products including Bookings, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms and Power Automate
Having knowledge of the Australian migration system and Australian education framework is an advantage
The details:
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
