Responsibilities: As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence. Your tasks will include:
Sales Strategy Development & Decision Making: Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, attracting new customers, and increasing conversion rates.
Digital Marketing: Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales. Analysing website traffic, user behaviours, and sales performance and using data to optimise marketing efforts and improve results.
Customer Engagement & Brand Management: Developing strategies to engage customers, foster brand loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases. Monitoring and managing the company’s online reputation to maintain a strong brand identity.
Team Leadership and Development: Managing the sales and marketing teams, setting performance goals, and supporting professional development. Providing leadership to team members to achieve goal targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry or related field
Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies
Demonstrated success in setting and achieving sales targets and implementing effective marketing strategies
Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve exceptional results
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Excellent attention to detail
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 p.a.
