About the Role:
We're looking for someone passionate about recruitment to assist our busy Account Managers, therefore, any experience across any discipline is desirable, however, we will consider you if you have strong sales / customer service experience also. If you're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, you might be the perfect fit for us.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for temporary and permanent primarily in the blue-collar sector.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties to support the recruitment process.
Customer Service: Maintain excellent relationship-building skills and provide outstanding customer service.
Creativity and Research: Think outside the box and use strong research skills to find the best candidates.
About You:
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in using various computer applications.
Organisational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Communication: Confident and professional with excellent communication skills.
