The Approved Accounts section is made up of approx. 60 staff responsible for payment of Rehabilitation and Compensation invoices across Veterans Entitlements Act, Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act. Our team is a well skilled and diverse team dedicated to continuous improvement and the provision of subject matter expertise, we rely on each others knowledge and strengths to ensure high quality and timely advice is provided and achieve customer focussed results. We operate an 1800 call line for accounts related queries with staff rostered from 8.30am to 5pm each weekday. We work collectively and in conjunction with other sections across DVA to ensure financial management and compliance requirements are met. Duties
