The Approved Accounts section is made up of approx. 60 staff responsible for payment of Rehabilitation and Compensation invoices across Veterans Entitlements Act, Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act. Our team is a well skilled and diverse team dedicated to continuous improvement and the provision of subject matter expertise, we rely on each others knowledge and strengths to ensure high quality and timely advice is provided and achieve customer focussed results. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
Work with the other DVA business areas in order to maintain and improve client service as well as contribute to and implement change.
Provide advice and prepare written professional reports and presentations for management.
