Bring your leadership and trade skills to the Machinery Production Floor at an Australian-owned business Your new company An exciting opportunity for an experienced Machinery Production Supervisor with a leading specialist in the manufacturing of machinery and development of software solutions for the timber wall, floor and roof prefabricated industry. Your new role This role will be crucial to overseeing and managing the day to day manufacturing operations of machinery. The core responsibilities will involve supervising a team of approx 20 production workers, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of machinery whilst maintaining high standards.

What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and an analytical mindset, and the ability to identify and solve complex issues.
Trade qualification or high in a mechanical or industrial engineering field
Proven experience in machinery production or manufacturing management, preferably in a supervisory of managerial role
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
Proficient at using productivity software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and database systems.
What you'll get in return An exciting position, which offers full-time employment, 38 hours per week Monday to Friday 6-2:30pm with a 12 noon finish on Fridays.
