Qualifications & experience
• Suitable Tertiary qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a customer service team.
• Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Identifying problems and developing effective solutions.
• Advanced analytical skills with proven track record in solving complex commercial challenges.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and implement customer experience procedures with the company.
• Deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
• Delegate and track certain customer enquiries to education and migration departments.
• Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
• Communicate with internal teams to discuss performance and service quality is met.
• Develop new customer service policies to achieve client satisfaction.
• Keep track of customers financial requirements such as refunds.
• Contact customers to respond inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
• After-sales service to keep customers happy and engaged with Gamba Migration.
• Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
