The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Australian Steel Markets Marketing team as a Product Manager based in Mascot. As BlueScope continues to grow as a business, we continue to strengthen and develop our people. We need to ensure we have the right mindsets, capabilities and skills to create and inspire smart solutions in steel to strengthen our communities for the future.
In this exciting role, you will contribute to the growth of top and bottom-line performance through the activation of the commercial and industrial segment marketing plans. Working with key internal and external stakeholders you’ll support the management and activation of key partnerships and initiatives to build the COLORBOND® steel brand equity as well as the equity of the BlueScope brand and associated steel brands and products.

What Will You Do?
You will:
- build a deep understanding of the commercial and institutional construction sectors to remain relevant and support and build programs that enhance the strategic brands and our engagement with key audiences and decision-makers
- manage key industry partnerships and develop and implement a plan to support key stakeholder engagement and business development events and initiatives
- support the research, communication, and execution/launch of key innovation projects with a focus on COLORBOND® steel
- work with the communications team to manage the events calendar and manage the activation across key industry events
More About You
As a marketing professional with effective communication, relationship building and influencing skills, you will bring:
- experience supporting the development and managing the implementation of segment, channel and marketing plans
- a background in supporting brand and/or product management
- previous project management of launch campaigns and new product development (products and/or brands)
- experience in business-to-business or a combination of both business-to-business and consumer marketing roles
