We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner within the Fixed Plant, Heavy Mobile and Electrical space.
About you
To be considered for the Maintenance Planning position, we are looking for the following skills:
* Trade qualified or relevant on-site experience
* 2+ years' experience in a maintenance planning role within the civil industry
* Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with management and maintenance teams
* Proven ability to assist in the development of KPI's to measure availability and utilisation of assets
* Solid understanding of equipment and maintenance safety systems, processes and procedures within the transport and mobile plant environment
* A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a team of fitters from our head office yard
* Supervising and training maintenance technicians
* Ensuring support to projects across regional Australia
* Monitoring and planning the maintenance of our fleet of 80 plant machinery and vehicles plus additional support sundry equipment
* Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards
* Managing relationships with contractors and service providers
* Keeping maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities
* Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
