The Learning Designer is an experienced training design practitioner responsible for the conduct of the Design and Development phases of the ADDIE instructional systems design framework.
This includes the development of educational solutions through the unpacking of complex concepts to be taught through a combination of LMS based self-paced and face to face learning (i.e. blended learning). The Learning Designer reviews learning outcomes, and ensures constructive alignment between learning methodology and learning outcomes.
