About the opportunity
The Respect at Work Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating delivery of the University?s Respect at Work Action Plan: a cross-functional program of work which umbrellas a set of actions aimed at preventing and responding effectively to unlawful workplace conduct, including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, bullying and discrimination. A core component of the Respect at Work Program Manager role is collaborating effectively with the various functional project leads with responsibility for delivery of the
program?s actions.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
develop and communicate the methodology for effective program delivery, processes and templates to functional project leads and key internal stakeholders
