About the role: A fantastic opportunity exists to join the Club Central group in the capacity of Venue Manager - based at Menai. Reporting to the Club General Manager, the role will be responsible for the Front of House service delivery of our function and events space, as well as providing operational support as required. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
Plan, organise and manage all Front of House (FOH) functions operations on a daily shift basis.
Create an environment/culture where functions are always delivered in a professional manner.
Train all FOH functions staff so they provide a consistent high-quality service
