You will ideally possess:
Trade and/or suitable qualifications in line with coal processing.
S123 & G2.
Significant experience within a coal processing plant environment.
Previous experience in leadership roles.
Understanding and proven capabilities in driving opportunities for continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with an ability to influence and achieve stakeholder buy in.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
Understanding of the coal mining process and relevant mining legislation will be highly regarded.
8 on 6 off roster
