About the Role:
Hourly rate 1st Year Approx. $24.00
Hourly rate 2nd Year Approx. $29.50
Set up the spray equipment
Mix paint by eye or using computer technology to ensure the best colour match
Clean and prepare the surfaces to be painted
Mask areas that are not going to be painted
Apply coats of primer
Apply the main paint, followed by the finish
Check finished jobs as part of quality control
Clean and maintain spray equipment
Treat parts with rust-proofing chemicals
About You:
Keen to learn and become a qualified Spray Painter
Strong attention to detail
Technical aptitude
Good hand-eye coordination
Excellent communication skills
Efficient and hard working
